Compare the2027 Chrysler Pacifica VS 2027 Infiniti QX60

Earlier warning of stopped traffic, traffic signals, dangerous road conditions, weather, or accidents, can keep driver's safer and prevent crashes. The Pacifica offers optional Emergency Vehicle Alert System, a system that seamlessly communicates important warnings to the driver about impending danger, if they're available. The QX60 doesn’t offer a system that can receive automated systems from other vehicles.

The Chrysler Pacifica offers an optional Surround View Camera, while the Infiniti QX60 doesn’t offer a camera washer, requiring manual cleaning.

Both the Pacifica and the QX60 have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, front side-impact airbags, driver and front passenger knee airbags, side-impact head airbags, front seatbelt pretensioners, front wheel drive, height adjustable front shoulder belts, four-wheel antilock brakes, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, crash mitigating brakes, daytime running lights, lane departure warning systems, blind spot warning systems, rearview cameras, rear cross-path warning, available all-wheel drive and around view monitors.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration does 35 MPH front crash tests on new vehicles. In this test, results indicate that the Chrysler Pacifica is safer than the Infiniti QX60:

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration does side impact tests on new vehicles. In this test, which crashes the vehicle into a flat barrier at 38.5 MPH and into a post at 20 MPH, results indicate that the Chrysler Pacifica is safer than the Infiniti QX60:

Instrumented handling tests conducted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and analysis of its dimensions indicate that the Pacifica is 3.9% to 6% less likely to roll over than the QX60.

There are over 12 times as many Chrysler dealers as there are Infiniti dealers, which makes it much easier should you ever need service under the Pacifica’s warranty.

J.D. Power and Associates rated the Pacifica second among minivans in their 2025 Initial Quality Study. The QX60 isn’t in the top three in its category.

J.D. Power and Associates’ 2025 Initial Quality Study of new car owners surveyed provide the statistics that show that Chrysler vehicles are better in initial quality than Infiniti vehicles. With 29 fewer problems per 100 vehicles, JD Power ranks Chrysler higher than Infiniti.

The Pacifica’s 3.6 DOHC V6 produces 19 more horsepower (287 vs. 268) than the QX60’s 2.0 turbo 4-cylinder.

To lower fuel costs and make buying fuel easier, the Chrysler Pacifica uses regular unleaded gasoline. The QX60 requires premium, which can cost on average about 84.9 cents more per gallon.

In its Green Vehicle Guide, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rates the Chrysler Pacifica higher (6 out of 10) than the Infiniti QX60 (5). This means the Pacifica produces up to 6.9 pounds less smog-producing pollutants than the QX60 every 15,000 miles.

Having a flat tire is dangerous, inconvenient and expensive. The self-sealing tires available on the Pacifica can automatically seal most punctures up to 3/16 of an inch, effectively preventing most flat tires. The QX60 doesn’t offer self-sealing tires.

The Pacifica’s drift compensation steering can automatically compensate for road conditions which would cause the vehicle to drift from side to side, helping the driver to keep the vehicle straight more easily. The QX60 doesn’t offer drift compensation steering.

For a smoother ride and more stable handling, the Pacifica’s wheelbase is 7.4 inches longer than on the QX60 (121.6 inches vs. 114.2 inches).

For better handling and stability, the average track (width between the wheels) on the Pacifica is 1.6 inches wider in the front and 1.6 inches wider in the rear than the track on the QX60.

The front grille of the Pacifica uses electronically controlled shutters to close off airflow and reduce drag when less engine cooling is needed. This helps improve highway fuel economy. The QX60 doesn’t offer active grille shutters.

The Pacifica offers optional seating for 8 passengers; the QX60 can only carry up to 7.

The Pacifica has 24.5 cubic feet more passenger volume than the QX60 (165.1 vs. 140.6).

The Pacifica has .6 inches more front hip room, 3.2 inches more front shoulder room, 2.1 inches more rear headroom, 1.3 inches more rear legroom, 8.1 inches more rear hip room, 3.3 inches more rear shoulder room, 3 inches more third row headroom, 8.5 inches more third row legroom, 4.3 inches more third row hip room and 5.6 inches more third row shoulder room than the QX60.

The Pacifica has standard Stow ’n Go second and third row seats, which fold flat into the floor. This completely clears a very large cargo area quickly. The QX60 doesn’t offer seats that fold into the floor.

The Pacifica’s instruments include an oil pressure gauge and a temperature gauge - which could save your engine! Often ‘idiot lights’ don’t warn you until damage has been done. The QX60 does not have an oil pressure gauge.

The Pacifica’s standard Keyless-Enter-N-Go allows you to unlock the doors from any outside door handle, open the cargo door, and start the engine, all without removing the key from pocket or purse. Infiniti Intelligent Key standard on the QX60 doesn’t offer a sensor on the rear doors, so you’ll have to reach a front handle to unlock the rear doors.

The Pacifica’s standard sliding doors can be opened with less than three inches side clearance. The QX60’s standard rear swing-out doors are bulky and make loading in tight spots difficult.

The Pacifica’s power side sliding doors make it much easier to load and unload kids and cargo. One touch opens the door, before you even get to the van. The QX60 doesn’t offer a power rear door.

According to iSeeCars.com the 2026 Chrysler Pacifica retains 45.33% of its original value after 5 years, more than the 38.83% resale value of the 2026 Infiniti QX60 after five years, which can save the Chrysler’s owner up to $7496 in depreciation.

The Chrysler Pacifica outsold the Infiniti QX60 by almost four to one during 2025.
